John Simpkin -  Director 

John has over 20 years’ experience in the care industry, including 10+ years managing and running care homes. John has held senior leadership roles in both domiciliary and residential care. He will be responsible for New Horizon Care Group, service design, operational compliance, financial planning and will be the assigned specialist for managing and implementing the requirements of the CQC regulations. He will be responsible for the administration and management of staffing services in the Wigan Area which will be under his direct control.

Viswajith Vijaykumar - Finance Director 

Viswajith combines analytical and managerial skills with frontline care experience. He currently manages the care provision at Heaton House Care Home and will support financial modelling and CQC compliance. He will be responsible for the administration and management of staffing services in the Preston Area which will be under his direct control.

Ella Bhikha -  Director 

With a clinical academic background and direct experience as a senior carer, Ella specialises in recruitment, training and staff development. She previously managed recruitment, staffing and training at Heaton House Care Home for over 12mths and will generally oversee all staff policy development, recruitment and staff training for the New Horizons Care Group, including the administration and management of staffing services in the Bradford Area which will be under her direct control.
